Sufganiyot are deep-fried, traditional sweet filled “doughnuts,” eaten in Israel and around the world on Hanukkah. Like potato latkes, they are a reminder of the miracle of the oil that lasted 8 days in the rededicated Temple.
We recommend enjoying Sufganiyot within 12 hours of purchase for optimal freshness.
