Support

The support of individuals, foundations, Montgomery County government and corporations provides approximately half of our annual budget. The other half of our operating budget comes from the social enterprise component of our organization through the sale of our delicious products as well as program fees. Our non-profit social enterprise serves a critical community need and is market-driven with students having a role in everything that is made or sold.

Volunteer

Teambuilding opportunities and direct community service.

Corporate Groups

Participate in skill training activities with hospitality students through simulating a busy retail environment allowing students to apply their customer service training.

Specialized Program Workshop

Participate in skill building workshops like mock interviews, financial literacy, or other specialized training to support the workforce development training curriculum.

Individual

Individual volunteers assist hospitality students in managing the Café and assist in other areas of need.

Holiday and Event

Individuals or small groups assist with order packing during the holiday season or by supporting the kitchen through cleaning and performing other utility tasks.
